Our Story
Gentle Eze was founded in 2025 by Lauren Marsh in Far North Queensland.
The brand was born from personal experience — a journey that highlighted just how important comfort, rest, and supportive daily rituals can be for those living with chronic pain.
Lauren understands chronic pain better than most. At 33, she received diagnoses of Inflammatory Arthritis (Rheumatoid & Psoriatic), Fibromyalgia, and Degenerative Spinal Disease. Furthermore, a bad cough from Covid then caused structural spinal collapse, resulting in partial paralysis. Consequently, septic shock followed after surgery on the lumbar spine. Since then, Lauren has had ongoing surgeries to fuse her spine in multiple places to prevent further paralysis. Through this experience, she developed a deep appreciation for small moments of care and the difference they can make in everyday life.
Therefore, what began as a personal search for comforting, high-quality chronic pain self-care products has grown into Gentle Eze — a thoughtfully curated collection of wellness essentials designed to bring calm, warmth, and ease into daily routines.
