Gentle Eze Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel supported when shopping with Gentle Eze.
Due to the personal nature of wellness products, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, unless the product is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange either:

A refund, depending on the situation.
Kit Products
Gentle Eze products are often sold as curated kits.
If an individual item within a kit is faulty, we will replace the affected item rather than the entire kit where appropriate.
Change of Mind Policy
We understand that sometimes a purchase may no longer suit your needs.
However, due to the nature of our wellness products, Gentle Eze does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Please choose carefully when placing your order.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Restocking Fees
Certain items incur a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund. This applies even if the return is made before the item’s receipt.

Our policy may change without prior notice.
Items not meeting our policy might be declined and sent back at your expense.
Use traceable postage for returns. We’re not accountable for non-traceable returns that don't reach us.
